דִּ֣י הֵן־חֶלְמָא֩ לָ֨א תְהֽוֹדְעֻנַּ֜נִי חֲדָה־הִ֣יא דָֽתְכ֗וֹן וּמִלָּ֨ה כִדְבָ֤ה וּשְׁחִיתָה֙ הזמנתון [הִזְדְּמִנְתּוּן֙] לְמֵאמַ֣ר קָֽדָמַ֔י עַ֛ד דִּ֥י עִדָּנָ֖א יִשְׁתַּנֵּ֑א לָהֵ֗ן חֶלְמָא֙ אֱמַ֣רוּ לִ֔י וְֽאִנְדַּ֕ע דִּ֥י פִשְׁרֵ֖הּ תְּהַחֲוֻנַּֽנִי׃
Wenn ihr also den Traum mir nicht kundtut, bleibt es bei eurer Verurteilung, denn lügnerische und nichtige Reden habt ihr vor, vor mir zu sprechen, bis dass die Zeit sich ändern werde. Darum saget mir den Traum, so werde ich erkennen, dass ihr seine wahre Deutung mir eröffnen werdet.

“Until the time changes” is an expression of rebuke and an exaggeration: so will he be punished, and the punishment was already delineated above. A similar instance is (Gen. 4:15): “Therefore, whoever kills Cain.”
